Hi, I'm Eli Brophy. I'm an artist and digital designer.

I'll be sharing my project ideas and process here. For my thesis, I'm hoping to create knowledge on the positive impact of video game use on cognition. The positive effects of games on cognition have been studied, but this is a developing area of research. Specific elements of game design that cultivate different aspects of cognition should be identified.

I've decided to focus on games that may help with Time Management related cognition. Please see the following if you'd like to know more about my research plan:

I may decide to develop a small game as part of my thesis, to exemplify the time management design elements that I believe will improve cognition. I will choose these elements based on my analysis of the games I review.
